Exuma Yacht Club & Spa is the first and only Private Residence and Yacht Club in the Bahamas.  The Club creates the ideal alternative for those wanting one or multiple second homes (yacht access and yacht services are optional) without the worry of maintenance, repairs, upgrades or insurance.

Members receive full privileges to luxury residences, all amenities and beautiful beaches in the heart of the finest tropical waters and climate in the world.  Each membership blends annual usage plans with accommodating levels of participation for families, a group of friends, or as a company.

Annual dues range through silver, gold and platinum levels (each with or without yacht privileges) to periods of 30 days/year, with additional access based on availability.
